DO I NEED TO EXPLAIN MY PAYMENT AMOUNT?

Nope! You’re in charge of what you pay within the agreed pricing model. We won’t ask for an explanation — just a fair and reasonable amount based on the service provided.

That said, if you want to leave a glowing review along with your payment, we definitely won’t stop you!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I UNDERPAY?

Absolutely nothing — we trust you. No awkward follow-ups, no passive-aggressive reminders, just good vibes and clean spaces.

Both our Fair Value Payment (FVP) and Hybrid FVP models are built on trust and we believe most people do the right thing (because if they didn’t, this model wouldn’t exist!). Our focus is on building relationships, not awkwardness.

WHAT IF I NEED EXTRA TASK DONE LAST MINUTE?

If it's a quick add-on, we'll do our best! If it's something big - like suddenly needing your entire garage decluttered - we'll chat about what's possible within your budget. We're flexible, but we haven't mastered time travel (yet).

IS TIPPING EXPECTED ON TOP OF FVP?

No tipping pressure here! Your chosen amount covers everything. If you're feeling extra generous, a great review or telling your family, friends or ex about us is the best 'tip' we could ask for.

WHAT IF I FORGET TO PAY?

Life happens! If you forget, we’ll send a friendly reminder (not a mobster-style visit). We’re all about gentle nudges, not threats.

WHAT IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE?

Tell us! We’re human (most days), and if we missed the mark, we’ll work to fix it. FVP is all about paying based on value, so if something wasn’t right, we’re open to feedback to make it better.

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW HOW MUCH TO PAY?

It's ok. We’re not asking you to solve quantum physics here. You can consider:
