It all started with a simple idea: people deserve help without it costing them an arm and a leg. After years of juggling jobs where hard work was second nature, I realised that helping people in their daily lives was something I genuinely loved doing. What started as a few favours for friends and family turned into something bigger — and before I knew it, the ERRAND HELPERS was born.

When I created the Fair Value Payment model, I wanted to change the way people think about service pricing. I mean, why should you pay a flat fee for a job that could take 10 minutes one day and hours the next? With FVP, you set the price based on the value you feel you received. For services that require more structure, like cleaning and website design — we use Hybrid FVP. This means you set your budget upfront and we tailor the service to match. No surprises, no guesswork, just fair pricing that works for both of us.

It’s simple, and it’s based on mutual trust and respect.

Me? I’m the all-rounder keeping this ship on course, managing tasks and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Alongside us are Sam and Darius. Sam’s our errand-running pro who gets things done quickly and efficiently.

And Darius? He’s our digital problem-solver who works so efficiently, you’d think he’s got extra hours hidden somewhere. Together, we’re here to handle your errands, tidy your space and make life easier — and way more fun!

Ever heard of someone who used to drive heavy trucks, pour concrete, demolish buildings and now runs around tackling errands like a pro? That’s me, Deni. I’m the founder of the ERRAND HELPERS, and I’m here to make your life easier.

I used to spend my days working hard on job sites, but I realised people need just as much help at home. That’s when I decided to go all in with errands, cleaning, decluttering and everything in between. Now, instead of hauling concrete, I’m hauling groceries, returning packages and handling the jobs you don’t have time for.

I also created Fair Value Payment (FVP) and Hybrid FVP because I believe you should only pay what you feel the service was worth. No fixed rates, no hidden fees — just trust.

Let’s be real: not all errands are created equal. Some take 10 minutes, others feel like a marathon. That’s why I let you decide what’s fair.

With his background as a former delivery driver, he knows Melbourne’s streets better than most people know their own living rooms.

What’s more impressive? He’s doing all this while pursuing his MBA part-time. If that doesn’t speak to his work ethic and commitment, I don’t know what does. “I love keeping busy,” Sam says with a grin. “Every errand is a new challenge, and I’m all about making life easier for others.”

He’s the kind of person who’ll not only get the job done but make sure it’s done right. You’ll notice his attention to detail, from double-checking your list to keeping you updated along the way. With Sam on your team, you can relax knowing your errands are in good hands.

Meet Darius – The Brain Behind Your Online Tasks

Let me tell you about Darius — the guy who can turn a mountain of online tasks into a smooth, organised checklist without breaking a sweat. He works closely with Rita, assisting her in handling everything from reminders and scheduling to resumé updates and online research. Together, they make sure no task gets left behind. If it’s on your list, it’s getting done.

Darius has a knack for breaking down complicated tasks and making them feel simple. He doesn’t just get things done — he anticipates what you might need next. Need a polished resumé or a last-minute appointment booked? Darius is on it before you even ask.

I know online tasks can pile up quickly,” Darius says with a reassuring smile. But that’s why I’m here — to lighten the load and make life easier.”
