That’s why I started the ERRAND HELPERS — because life is too short to spend it running errands, cleaning messes or tackling digital chaos when you could be doing something you actually enjoy.
We’re here to give you your time back. You hand us your list, and we’ll handle the rest. And thanks to our Fair Value Payment (FVP) and Hybrid FVP system, you’re in control of what you pay.
No awkward negotiations or hidden fees — just honest work for a fair price. Sound good? I thought so.
It all started with a simple idea: people deserve help without it costing them an arm and a leg. After years of juggling jobs where hard work was second nature, I realised that helping people in their daily lives was something I genuinely loved doing. What started as a few favours for friends and family turned into something bigger — and before I knew it, the ERRAND HELPERS was born.
When I created the Fair Value Payment model, I wanted to change the way people think about service pricing. I mean, why should you pay a flat fee for a job that could take 10 minutes one day and hours the next? With FVP, you set the price based on the value you feel you received. For services that require more structure, like cleaning and website design — we use Hybrid FVP. This means you set your budget upfront and we tailor the service to match. No surprises, no guesswork, just fair pricing that works for both of us.
It’s simple, and it’s based on mutual trust and respect.

4. Quickest Errand: A 7-minute coffee run. Someone needed caffeine immediately, and we were happy to deliver.
5. Team Snack Obsession: Coffee, chocolate and more chocolate. Add in some more cofeelaté, and we’re ready to conquer the world.
6. Longest Errand: A 3-hour shopping spree involving multiple stores and one very specific gift list.
7. Most “Melbourne” Moment: Delivering someone’s forgotten umbrella right before a downpour. Classic Melbourne weather!
8. Fun Fact About Deni: He once carried 12 bags of groceries in one trip because multiple trips are for quitters.
9. Favourite Type of Task: Anything involving surprises! Gift shopping or planning something special? We’re all over it.
10. Biggest Group Order: A family gathering where we had to pick up party supplies, groceries, and one birthday cake in less than two hours. (Nailed it.)
